Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders will be shipped out via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from us within 3-5 business days.
Faster shipping options are available on the checkout page for an additional cost. Please note that the processing time above still applies. We are not responsible for USPS or UPS shipping delays that may occur.
Some countries may charge a customs or tariff fee that is not included in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any costs or issues that occur at customs.
Save time and money: measure twice, purchase once. If for any reason you would like to return your product(s), we will happily accept your return. Please note the following criteria:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free
- Include your receipt or invoice
- If you are a U.S. customer, please use USPS to return the item as other couriers do not ship to PO Boxes

Customers are responsible for associated shipping costs. We are unable to refund for any shipping costs at this time. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5-7 days for processing. Credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment.
Any items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Due to possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or color.
